It’s been three months since I wrote “Top 4 Albums of the First Quarter of 2014”, so it’s time to write the next part. So, as like the last one, this all purely based on my opinions and my opinions alone. So, a couple rules.
1. It must have came out since the day this was posted and January 1 of this year, and only this year.
2. It can be an EP
3. It doesn’t have to be a hit album or come from a popular band
4. This can only be albums I have listened to (obviously)
So, with that said, let’s get on to the list. (P.S. These are not in a specific order.) Continue reading
Okay, so let me just say something quick. I have been very busy with school work lately so I haven’t been able to do my Nickelodeon Month. Sorry to the 2-3 people who actually wanted to see that. It will happen at some point, just not now. Now, on with the list.
Now, I’ve been a fan of creepypastas for years now. I have just always found them intriguing. There are a lot of great creepypastas out there but, sometimes, you find a really shitty one. Like, REALLY shitty. So, today, I’m gonna countdown the top 5 worst creepypastas. *Note: This is not in any particular order. I’m not good at doing ordered list. This is just 5 really bad creepypastas. Continue reading
Hello, everyone! This is a new thing I’m starting where I go through the Billboard Hot 100 and give a 1 sentence review on each song in the top 10 spots. I will do this every Saturday. So, with that being said, let’s get on the the list. Continue reading
After I did my “Top 4 Best Albums of the First Quarter of 2014” list I’ve been wanting to do this one. Now, I want to set up some rules before I do this.
1. The song didn’t have to come out 2014 but it had to get popular in 2014.
2. If rule number 1 applies then the song has to be from 2013.
Well…that’s about it.
So, without further ado, here is my list of the top 4 worst songs in 2014 (so far). Also, this is not in any order.
Well here we are. A quarter of 2014 is already almost up. That also means a lot of music has already come out. I am a music junkie (yeah, I like all multi-media). So, without further-a-do, here is my Top 5 Albums of the First Quarter of 2014. (By the way, this is not in any specific order. It’s more of just a list than a top 4…) Also, it’s 4 albums instead of 5 because I really haven’t been following music that much this year. Since I’m starting to do this though I’m gonna try and follow it a lot more. I plan on doing this after each quarter this year. With that said, here’s the list.
Hello there, Happy Katana fans, and happy holidays. We will be doing a first for Happy Katana. We will be doing our very first collaboration. Along with Robot Boombox and Zack’s Weekly Record, we will be doing the greatest moments in gaming history. This was inspired by Retro Gamer’s 100th issue, in which they did an article called “The 100 Greatest Moments In Classic Gaming.” So I thought, why not do my own greatest moments in gaming article? And why just retro gaming? And then I thought “Gee, wouldn’t it be cool to do a collaboration with other websites?” Originally, the ideas were separate, but a conversation with Peter Kowalsky AKA The Flyin’ Jew from Robot Boombox brought them together. Lo and behold, this project was born. So, without further adieu, let’s talk about 5 amazing moments in the long and storied history of gaming. Keep in mind this list isn’t going to be in any specific order.
Here’s the most basic subject possible: my favorites. Plain and simple. These vary from classic to new, and have become timeless in my life. This excludes Pixar, Logan will have a separate list for that. In my eyes, Disney and Pixar are two very different companies. They’re both amazing, as far as I’m concerned, but I don’t feel like they belong in the same list together. So, let’s get started.
I could have picked anything for my first top ten. Rather than being normal and doing something like “Top Ten Boss Battles” or “Top Ten Hardest Bosses,” I have chosen to go the more demented route. Turn off your lights, kick your siblings out of the room and make sure it’s at least two in the morning, for we are about to enter the world of creepypasta. For anyone that didn’t know, a creepypasta is the internet equivalent of a campfire story: it is a story made to scare people. However, this list isn’t quite creepypasta exclusive. This also includes theories, Easter eggs, and shit that is just plain ‘scary’.
Now, let me say in advance that, while a lot of stuff on is unsettling, disturbing, creepy, and just downright bizarre, remember: these are just video games. They’re not real life. If your friend tries to tell you that a stuffed plush of Tails can emerge from your game disc and murder you with a butcher’s knife, they’re probably lying. Or drunk. So without further adieu, here’s my top fifteen creepy things in gaming.
Ah, yes. Super Smash Bros. Everyone loves SSB. It’s the most popular and perhaps the greatest fighting game series of all time. The upcoming Super Smash Bros. for WiiU and 3DS is one of the most anticipated games out there. And why the hell not? Super Smash Bros. is fucking awesome. Of course, since the game was announced, there’s been a lot of speculation and discussion over the roster, so in this article, I will list my twenty most wanted Smash Bros. characters. Yes, twenty. I was originally going to do a top ten, but screw it, twenty is better than ten. Without further ado, let’s begin.
Who doesn’t like a good sitcom? An asshole, that’s who. Sitcoms are great for laughs, and it’s one of my favorite TV genres of all time, which is why I’m making this list. Unlike most top tens which would list ten sitcoms in one list, I’m going to separate this into two top 5 lists; Top 5 Live Action Sitcoms, and Top 5 Animated Sitcoms, because I love both live action and animated sitcoms and I wanted to make it equal between both of them. Now, without further ado, let’s begin.
